Daily self practice is a cornerstone of the system, and doing it alone, with no group and nobody to ask, is where most students and practitioners slowly begin to drop it. The Library is how you stop sitting by yourself.
Over 170 recorded sessions, gathered across four years of weekly circles. Each one runs as a complete share, from the opening meditation through self-treatment and teaching, and closes with an open Q&A. You press play and you are inside a living group, at whatever hour suits your day.
The Q&A is the part subscribers mention most. Practitioners bring real questions to the circle every Thursday, from people in their first year and people who have taught for decades, and we work through them together. Across 170+ sessions that has become a deep archive covering nearly every aspect of the work, and the question someone else asked is very often the one you were carrying.
