One of the cornerstones of Usui Reiki Ryōhō is daily self-practice, and with your registration you will have my full guided practice, filmed at the Grande Chartreuse Monastery in France. It was a cold day, but what a setting for practice!

This is the exact practice I do myself, every morning and every evening: kenyoku, gasshō meditation, jōshin kokyū hō, the five precepts, and the full self-treatment, all led step by step on screen so you can simply follow along.

Practice With Us Live, Every Thursday. Free.

Daily practice on your own is the root. Practicing with others is what keeps it alive, and it's where the questions from your solo practice get answered. Every Thursday at 17:00 Paris time I lead a live Reiki Circle on Zoom: a complete guided practice with practitioners from all over the world, and the conversation afterward is often the best part of the hour. It costs nothing and it never will, and you're welcome exactly as you are, whatever your Reiki background.

You're in, and I'll see you on Thursday. You'll receive an email each Wednesday with details for the upcoming session, and a reminder on Thursday one hour before we begin. We meet at 17:00 Paris time (CET) on Zoom, and nothing needs preparing beforehand.

Between Thursdays there are over 170 recorded circles in the Reiki Share Practice Library, four years of us practicing together, with a new session added every week. Any day you want company in your practice, it's there.
