Are you in need of Reiki healing but unable to see me in person? Distance sessions are not only viable, they can be even more powerful than in-person work.
Reiki energy is universal. Just like the intuitive knowing when someone is about to call you, or the way twins sense each other across vast distances, energy flows where intention directs it. Time and space are no barrier.
Each distance session is 45-60 minutes of focused healing work, beginning with a brief Zoom conversation to set your intention and ending with a discussion of what was released and experienced.

Book your session and we'll schedule a time that works for you
We connect via Zoom for 5-10 minutes to set your intention
You relax in a comfortable space and we both work on letting go into the energy of all things
We reconnect to discuss your experience and what was released
During the session, I am solely focused on you. I remain focused on your physical, mental, and emotional bodies, exactly as I would be if we were in the same room. From your end, you simply get comfortable, allow your body and mind to relax, and receive.
Why Distance Sessions Can Be More Powerful
During an in-person session, no matter how deeply relaxed you become, there's always a subtle uptick in brain activity each time I move my hands. Your mind naturally tries to predict and confirm where my hands are going.
In a distance session, this mental tracking is completely removed. Without the physical sensation of hands moving on your body, you can sink even deeper into the healing experience. Many clients report that their distance sessions feel more profound than in-person work.
