Over twenty years, I've studied traditional Reiki Ryōhō at the source in Japan, explored the depths of yoga philosophy, sat with Buddhist teachers, and worked with practitioners across the world. What I've learned is that these modalities are not separate — they are threads of the same fabric. And when you see that clearly, everything changes.

How It Works
We meet for four private one-hour sessions via Zoom, scheduled at times that work for you. There's no rigid curriculum — each session is shaped entirely by what will serve your practice most.
We might explore the connections between your modalities. We might work on how you communicate with clients. We might dig into the questions that have been nagging at you for years — the ones you've never had space to ask. We might look at your business, your positioning, or the blocks that keep you from charging what you're worth.
What we won't do is waste time. These four hours are designed to create real movement — in your understanding, your confidence, and your ability to serve.
