Are you in need of some Reiki Healing but not able to visit me in person?
As Reiki energy is Universal it is not bound by time or space, so Reiki sessions are able to be transmitted over distance and time without any issue.

Understand that Reiki is energy in action, much the same as a thought or the power of manifestation.  Or take for instance when you just know someone is going to call you and they do, or how twins are able to sense and feel the circumstance of their twin regardless of geographic distance between them.

A distance Reiki session with me is 45-60 minutes and we start by having a quick 5-10 minute phone conversation to set the intention of the session.

From here the participant gets comfortable and simply allows their body and mind to sink into relaxation.  From my end, as the practitioner, I am then solely focused on the client...so my mental and physical focus is on the physical, mental and emotional bodies of the client, much the same as if the session were to be live.

In my opinion, distance sessions can be more powerful than in person as there is the removal of the sensation of my hands moving on the clients body.  During a life session, regardless of how deep and relaxed the client is, each time I move my hands there is a slight uptick in brain activity as the mind tries to predict and then confirm where my hands are moving to and then located respectively.  Here in a distance session, this uptick in mental activity is removed so the client is able to sink that much deeper into their Reiki healing experience.

At the conclusion of the session I then reconnect with the client via Zoom/Whatsapp/Call to discuss their experience and to help guide them into a deeper understanding of what was released, what the individual felt and so on.
